Dr. Lena Hardy

Dr. Lena Hardy attained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Alabama State University. She also earned her Bachelors of Science Degree from Auburn University in 2008. After graduation, Dr. Hardy practiced in a private outpatient physical setting then quickly advanced to Director of Physical Therapy. In 2018, she moved to Atmore, Alabama and opened Astound Physical Therapy to provide the community with a more one on one patient care facility.
Dr. Hardy is certified in dry needling and myofascial cupping. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and four beautiful children.
